University of Saint Francis invites applications for experienced faculty teaching in the area of Accounting within its Keith Busse School of
Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership (SOBEL. The ideal candidate is an individual with solid professional experience, solid academic
preparation, an understanding of national and global business issues, and a true passion for helping students become successful,
well-rounded business leaders. While professors are not required to be Catholic or Franciscan, they are expected to understand and adhere to
the Franciscan values, as described on the University's website.

The School is accredited by ACBSP. Therefore, the candidate selected must participate in a process of continuous improvement of academic programs and services. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a strong brand in business and entrepreneurship within a student-centric environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Teaching and research experience at the College/University Level
• Doctorate (or current candidate) in business or a closely related discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Significant leadership, entrepreneurship and/or private sector experience
• Prior experience in review of program and course outcomes and serving as a member of an accreditation team
• Ability to teach core business courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
• Demonstration of ability to contribute towards the development of scholarship within SOBEL
• Willingness to participate in the development of resources for SOBEL
• Experience working with international, multi-ethnic, cross-functional groups
• Experience in teaching online is a plus; willingness to teach online is required

Responsibilities & Requirements: Applicants should be familiar with the document, Ex Cordia Ecclessiae, agree to comply with its principles, and are supportive of our Catholic mission. The successful candidate will teach a total of four 3-credit courses per semester at the graduate and/or undergraduate level to majors and non-majors. Faculty members within SOBEL also advise students, honor office hours, and serve on university, school, faculty and accreditation committees.
