PFT's NFL preseason power rankings

Robert Griffin III?s arrival has people in Washington excited and his addition has helped the Redskins finish 24th in our Preseason Power Rankings. Is the addition of a long needed franchise quarterback enough to justify this ranking? Or have we lost our collective minds when it comes to a team that was 5-11 last year?

What the Buccaneers did last year under coach Raheem Morris was simply amazing. Turning a 4-2 start into a 10-game losing streak is almost unthinkable.
