(AP) ? Dwyane Wade was determined to put in a strong performance for a stricken family member.

Wade and Chris Bosh scored 30 points each and the Miami Heat beat Toronto 113-101 Friday night, their seventh straight win over the Raptors.

Wade dedicated the performance to his nephew, one of 13 men shot ? two fatally ? during a violent six-hour stretch in his hometown of Chicago on Thursday.

"I played for him and with him in mind," Wade said. "I was 9 years old when he was born, I was an uncle at 9 years old. A lot of thoughts go through your mind.

"My prayers go out to all the families involved," he added. "It's tough. When it's someone in your family, it really hits you hard."

Wade's nephew was one of six men shot outside a South Side convenience store early Thursday evening. The eight-time NBA All-Star did not learn of the shooting until following Miami's home win over Dallas Thursday night. His nephew, who was not identified, was expected to undergo surgery today, but his condition was not made public.

"The biggest thing, the thing you thank God for, is that he's healthy," Wade said.

The shooting comes one week after Wade was one of several Heat players to speak out about the shooting death of Florida teen Trayvon Martin.

LeBron James had 26 points and nine assists and Mario Chalmers added 14 points as the Heat won for the second time in two nights after beating the Mavericks the previous evening in a rematch of last year's finals.

"We came out with a lot of energy and effort," James said. "Toronto made a lot of shots, they kept getting closer but we just tried to continue to wear on them, worked on our habits and we were able to close the game out in the fourth."

Wade scored 13 points in the final quarter while Bosh had 12 against his former team as the Heat pulled away.

"There's a lot of memories, a lot of great memories here," said Bosh, who was booed throughout. "Anytime I come here I don't want to disappoint myself and have a bad game."

DeMar DeRozan scored 28 points and Andrea Bargnani had 27 for Toronto. Amir Johnson had 12 points and 12 rebounds and Jose Calderon had 16 assists, one shy of his season high, but the Raptors lost for the sixth time in eight games.

"It's hard to contain (Miami's) offense," DeRozan said. "They move the ball well and they know what they're looking for. When you have three All Stars on your team it makes it tough to cover all of them."

Miami came in having lost six of eight away from home, but improved to 16-11 away from American Airlines Arena.

"While we weren't necessarily quite as disciplined as we needed to be defensively, our mentality, the mindset and the activity was good," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said.

A 3-pointer by Toronto's James Johnson tied the score at 89-all with 9 minutes to go, but the Heat answered with an 8-0 run, including five straight free throws by Norris Cole, Wade and Bosh and then a 3 by Wade, to take a 97-89 lead with 5:48 left.

"That was the moment where we kind of pulled away a little bit," Wade said.

Calderon ended Toronto's drought with a jumper but the Heat scored eight of the next 10 points, including back-to-back dunks by Bosh and Wade, to lead 105-93 with 3:39 remaining.

"Our defense in the fourth quarter was not good enough to stop them," Bargnani said.

Miami raced to a 10-0 lead as the Raptors missed their first five field goal attempts, and the Heat were up 20-6 at 6:38 of the first. Toronto responded by outscoring Miami 21-10 the rest of the quarter, cutting it to 31-27 after one.

"They threw a haymaker at us, knocked us down, but I thought we bounced back through," Toronto coach Dwane Casey said.

The Raptors kept it up in the second, and Alan Anderson's steal led to a fast-break layup for DeRozan, giving Toronto its first lead, 41-39, with 6:23 left in the half.

James scored eight points as the Heat reclaimed the advantage, taking a 59-51 lead into the half.

Bargnani scored 14 points in the third quarter and DeRozan added eight, overcoming a 10-point quarter from James, and the Heat needed a 3 by Cole with 12 seconds left to tie it at 83 heading to the fourth.

NOTES: Miami's Udonis Haslem did not travel with the team to Toronto, remaining in Florida to attend to a personal matter. He is expected to join the team in Boston for Sunday's game against the Celtics. ... The Heat are 12-0 when Bosh scores 24 points or more. ... James Johnson returned for Toronto after missing Wednesday's victory over Denver with an upper respiratory infection but was held out of the starting lineup in place of Linas Kleiza. ... Calderon has recorded at least 10 assists in five straight games. ... The Raptors have not won consecutive games since road victories over Phoenix and Utah on Jan. 24 and 25.

San Joaquin County Sheriff Steve Moore identified 19-year-old Kimberly Billy, who went missing in 1984 at the age of 19. He says 16-year-old Joann Hobson disappeared in 1985.

Moore says a third body found is awaiting identification.

Investigators believe they were victims of Wesley Shermantine and Loren Herzog, who authorities say went on a methamphetamine-fueled killing spree in the 1980s and 90s.

Shermantine is now on death row for four murders. He sent authorities on a massive search last month after he agreed to disclose burial locations in exchange for $33,000 from a bounty hunter.

Searchers combed a remote Calaveras County property once owned by Shermantine's family and excavated an abandoned well near the farming town of Linden.

At the Calaveras County property, they found the remains of Cyndi Vanderheiden, 25, who disappeared in 1998, and Chevelle "Chevy" Wheeler, 16, who disappeared in 1985. Shermantine was convicted of both murders in 2001, and Herzog reached a plea deal for voluntary manslaughter in Vanderheiden's death.

Shermantine, who blames Herzog for the killing spree, told authorities that 10 or more bodies could have been stashed at the Linden well. Searchers dug up hundreds of bone fragments there, as well as purses, shoes, jewelry and other evidence.

Herzog, who was paroled in 2010, committed suicide in January at his trailer in Lassen County, hours after being told that Shermantine was cooperating with authorities.

Titanic 'Still Sinks' In 3-D, James Cameron Confirms

'Jack still dies,' director says of the 3-D re-release which he says 'reinvents' the 1997 flick.
By Kevin P. Sullivan

When "Titanic" hits the big screen again on April 4, the ship will be changing course and heading directly into the audience. Director James Cameron has been one of 3-D's biggest proponents for years now and has suggested in the past that any film is open for a three-dimensional makeover. It only makes sense, then, that he put his money where his mouth is and converted his own "Titanic."

Cameron spoke with MTV UK about the process and why the real reward of the re-release is the chance to see his blockbuster on the silver screen again after 15 years.

The director insisted that the movie remains as it was back in 1997, except for the added dimension. "It ends the same way. The ship still sinks. Jack still dies. Oops, I hope I didn't spoil it," he said.

As Cameron has said before, he believes that the 3-D element of the re-release plays a supporting role. He simply wants people to see "Titanic" as it was meant to be seen: in a theater. "I think the first thing you should think of, the most important thing, is that you're going to see it in a movie theater, which is really fundamentally different for anyone who is under a certain age. It hasn't been in a theater for 15 years, so people know it from video. But they haven't taken that ride where you commit to the three hours, and you're going to go on that emotional rollercoaster, and you're going to come out of the end of the movie in a certain mental, emotional state. It's very different."

That isn't the say that the 3-D doesn't add anything. Cameron sees the conversion as a way to reinterpret the experience. "The 3-D is a kind of way of doing that, a way of reinventing the film, and the 3-D does add something to the experience that was never there before, an immediacy, even an intimacy, which is interesting."

Luckily for Cameron, he had originally shot "Titanic" in a way that was conducive to a 3-D conversion. "Even though I wasn't shooting it as a 3-D movie 15 years ago, my particular style is to use wider lenses and to wrap the actors in the scenery," Cameron said. "Because the ship — I don't like to use the term that it was a character — but the environment was constantly informing what was happening, the elegance, the beauty of the ship, the gilt-edged luxury juxtaposed with steerage third class. All those themes are really manifested in the physicality of the ship. The style of seeing all of that when you convert it to 3-D, it just has this lucidity. You just feel like you're there."

Burn Fat, Build Muscle, Get Six-pack Abs and Combat Aging, with ...

Burn Fat, Build Muscle, Get Six-pack Abs and Combat Aging, with No Equipment, At Home, in 19 Minutes a Day. Look Great Naked at Any AgeClick Image To Visit SiteThat?s right, I spend 19 minutes a day to look like this at age 58 61. You are just minutes away from discovering how you can too. Read on to find out how to get it all for free. In fact, you can have all this, starting RIGHT NOW:

You don?t need an expensive membership at some high tech gym, and you don?t need bulky, expensive equipment cluttering up your home.

If you?re more than 28 years old, nature is working against you and the clock is ticking relentlessly. Are you battling any of these problems yet ? love handles, cellulite, fat thighs, pot belly, droopy chest, droopy butt, floppy arms, saggy skin, stiff joints, low energy, poor digestion, poor sleep, poor mental focus, reduced sex drive? If you?re not, you will be.

Not a pretty picture, is it? If you said yes to anything in that list, you can do something about it, and I can teach you how. The answer isn?t flushing your hard earned dollars down the drain on yet another useless exercise gadget, or a fancy gym membership you don?t use, or an overpriced personal trainer.

Look Great Naked At Any Age is a comprehensive anti-aging health and fitness system. Yes, anti-aging is real, (I?m living proof) and no, you don?t have to spend tons of money on unsafe hormone injections to accomplish it.

Research has proven again and again that certain exercise modalities trigger your body to release youthful levels of your own Human Growth Hormone and testosterone (and yes, you need it too, ladies!), while improving flexibility and maintaining bone density. The Look Great Naked At Any Age system is designed to do all that and more.

So who am I and why should you listen to me? Only one reason ? real world results, as you?ll see in the pictures and video clips on this site. (By the way, if you?re a beginner, don?t be intimidated by what you see in these video clips. They?re just to show you what?s possible by using my system.) I?ve been interviewed on numerous live radio and web radio shows, I?ve hosted my own show where I interviewed fitness legends like Clarence Bass, and I?ve written feature articles that appeared in Ms Fitness Magazine, etc. But let me tell you a little about the path that got me to age 58 61, looking the way I do.

I studied classical music with some of the greatest performers and conductors in the world. Then I put that training to use while touring the world as a multi-instrumentalist and singer with pop icons including Etta James on tour with The Rolling Stones, Frank Zappa, Stevie Nicks, Michael McDonald, and as Musical Director for Bette Midler. I?ve composed for TV shows like ?Cybill? and ?Baywatch,? performed with Paul McCartney, Sting, Chuck Berry, Bonnie Raitt, Boz Scaggs, and recorded with Prince, The Moody Blues, Gladys Knight, Wilson Pickett, blah, blah, blah.

Well, not only did I survive all that, I came through it in great shape. People have always asked me how I do it, and I?ve finally decided to reveal my secrets. Secrets that allow me to look far better at age 61 than the average 25 year old. Secrets that allow me to knock out a quick 30 pushups IN A HANDSTAND. Secrets that allow me to do sets of 30 full ONE-LEGGED SQUATS with either leg. Secrets that allow me to do full extension pushups ? WITH ONE HAND, ON MY FINGERTIPS.

?Secrets?? Uh oh, sounds like marketing hype. The fact is there are no secrets in what I do, but there IS a unique combination of research and science along with time tested, proven exercises that work. As a serious, lifelong student of health, fitness and nutrition, all I?m interested in is the bottom line ? does it work in the real world or not? Is there science to back it up, or is it just somebody trying to sell you something? Don?t give me hype and BS, show me your results. And don?t tell me you?ve got a magic bullet exercise machine to sell me, or a super fat burning pill, because I know it?s a lie.

We all want to look great and be healthy, right? But we don?t want to spend a lot of time and money getting there. Time is the one resource that you can never replace. It?s not something you can grab hold of and stash in a container. You can?t save it, you can only choose to spend it differently. Wouldn?t you rather spend your time doing the things YOU want to do? That?s why I created this program, which evolved from years of traveling on concert tours, staying in hotels all over the world, and improvising exercises to keep fit when no equipment was available. With that kind of schedule, I didn?t have time for ineffective nonsense, so this is a NO BS, no fluff system that flat out WORKS in the real world.

No, you don?t need a Black Belt to succeed in getting into great shape. But you do need a system that works without breaking the bank or wasting your time.

? is not just another workout video, this is a full three-part system including sections on strength, cardio and nutrition. No fitness program is complete without all three elements! But I give you even more, and here?s why ? I?ve always believed in going the extra mile and giving greater value than what?s expected. That?s been one of the keys to my success throughout my life. One of my favorite sayings is, ?There?s never a traffic jam on the extra mile.? So in addition to segments on strength, cardio and nutrition, I?ve added an inspiring, empowering section on mindset and motivation, because no one succeeds without a compelling reason. But that?s not all. I?ve also included a Special Bonus Challenge section that will really kick your butt if you?re ready for more. Read more?

BUILDING LOCAL WEALTH II ? REPORT ? Willits Economic ...

Holly Madrigal, John Sakowicz, Richard Cooper, Andy Schexnaydre.

Enthusiasm was high at the second forum on building local wealth sponsored by Willits Economic Localization (WELL) on March 25th.

The question underlying this event was whether WELL should play a role in stimulating or managing a connection between local investors and local entrepreneurs. Holly Madrigal, who serves on the Willits City Council in addition to the WELL coordinating committee, introduced and facilitated the forum.

Three experts in aspects of local finance and economic development presented for the first hour, followed by more information, ideas and interest in investing from some of the 50 or so in attendance.

Richard Cooper is director of the Mendo-Lake Credit Union (MLCU) and a board member of the Economic Development & Finance Corporation (EDFC), a non-profit organization that channels federal grants and loans to businesses in Mendocino County. Cooper noted that the MLCU has expanded greatly in the past few years, including noticeably after the Occupy Wall Street movement encouraged people to transfer their accounts to local institutions. Their focus is consumers: mostly auto loans, some home loans, and personal loans up to $20,000 that could be used for small start-up businesses. At the moment, they have a surplus of funds with not enough qualified borrowers.

he EDFC, on the other hand, is focused on job-creating business loans. There are success stories, such as the Gualala food co-op and [FILL IN].
However, as a ?lender of last resort,? these investments are higher risk, and there have been some failures, especially in recent hard economic times. John Kuhry, director of EDFC, noted that they currently have about $300,000 in funds not yet allocated to eligible businesses.

Both Cooper and Kuhry stressed their responsibility to wisely manage these public funds and to earn the public?s confidence. In addition to careful vetting of business plans, they often partner with other investment groups, such as the Arcata EDFC and local banks, to minimize the potential impact of a failed investment on any single institution. Richard Willoughby, of North Valley Bank, is one such partner interested in local investments.

Andy Schexnaydre is on the board of GoLocal Sonoma County and a socially-responsible financial planner. His prior experience included work for the Pacific Stock Exchange, UBS, and Financial West, ?all of which,? he noted, ?have their decision-making headquarters far away from local communities.? To illustrate the contrast, he showed an excerpt of ?It?s a Wonderful Life? in which George Bailey, the local banker, pleads with his patrons to have faith in the interactions that benefit both borrowers and lenders ? and the community ? at the local level.

Schexnaydre pointed out the traditional banking formula (that George Bailey operated under), where investors get 3% return, borrowers pay 6%, and the bank makes a 3% profit. ?In the 1970s,? he noted, ?Wall Street?s profit margin climbed to 15%. In 2007, it was 40%. That leaves investors with nearly 0% return, and borrowers paying exorbitant rates.?

?In February 2012,? Schexnaydre continued, ?five business giants agreed to a $25 billion settlement, with no criminal charges, for mortgage fraud ? after that fraud had contributed to an estimated $700 billion in real estate losses.? He rattled off some alphabet soup of the kinds of financial transactions that continue to run rampant on Wall Street, virtually none of which benefit local businesses or jobs.

?Some of the new ideas for local economies include ?crowd-funding,?
time-banking, and cooperatives,? said Schexnaydre. ?You have to be careful, but don?t be intimidated. Lending institutions are highly regulated, but individuals or small groups of private investors have lots of leeway.?

John Sakowicz, host of KZYX?s All About Money show, a past dealer on Wall Street, and recently appointed to the County Employees Retirement Board, was the third presenter. The MCERA manages investments of $352 million to secure retirement benefits for the County?s employees.

?When I was interviewed for appointment to the board, Supervisor Dan Hamburg asked what I thought of investing 1% of these funds locally,? recounted Sakowicz. ?My first reaction was that might conflict with my responsibility to protect the employees investment. But then I realized that local micro-loans, in partnership with EDFC and other banks, could be both safe and beneficial ? to the fund as well as the community.?

John Sakowicz, Richard Cooper, and Andy Schexnaydre

?When I brought up this idea to the MCERA,? he continued, ?I got blank stares.? Sakowicz urges citizens to lobby their Board of Supervisors and Shari Shapmire, County Treasurer, if they would like to see $3.5 million directed from this fund to invest in local job-creating businesses. He cited several precedents of pension funds successfully doing this type of alternative investment, including British Columbia, Ontario, and the States of Texas and Maryland. The California State retirement board, CalPers, has been making a 22% return on its alternative investment program of inner-city loans, for another example.

During the audience discussion, John Kuhry (of EDFC, noted earlier) mentioned that Yokayo Bio-fuels is considering a public offering to expand its business. He said that investors could choose what is coined ?patient capital? (or ?slow money?) ? keeping interest rates low and not expecting any immediate returns while a new business gets started.

Kuhry highly recommended that people attend a workshop ?Local Dollars, Local Sense,? which will be held in Hopland April 27th led by Michael Shuman, author of the same-titled book. Contact gro.cfdenull@nhoj to reg

Facilitator Holly Madrigal noted that the Willits Chamber of Commerce was the first Chamber to join BALLE, the nation-wide Business Alliance for Local Living Economies. ?BALLE sponsors very useful webinars and conferences to promote the kind of business-investor cooperation being explored in this forum,? said Madrigal.

Another Willits City Councilmember, Ron Orenstein, commented that his primary concern is local jobs, yielding a healthy local economy, rather than a cash yield on investments. Quite a few enterprises are interested in the ?business incubator? he is establishing at the Railroad Center. Orenstein, along with entrepreneur Ron Cole, feel there is great potential for synergy, using the wastes or bi-products of one business as the resource for another.

Keith Rutledge of REDI (Renewable Energy Development Institute in Willits) said they?re considering a program similar to Sonoma County?s PACE (Property-Assessed Clean Energy) which allows qualifying homes and businesses to finance energy improvements paid back through the property tax rolls.

Some of the other ideas brought up in the discussion session were stressing energy and food independence, choosing a ?pilot project? to invest in, or ?bundling? several businesses to encourage cooperation and minimize risk, producers and consumers co-operatives, buying local, and direct marketing.

About 3/4th of the audience members indicated interest in becoming local investors. Several WELL coordinating committee members indicated this topic will be high on WELL?s agenda this year.

Making money on the Internet-four ways to make money Online ...

It will be easier to make money online on many different websites that appear every day. Here is how you can get the Constitution.

Join an affiliate program-it?s easy to earn money online by simply signing up for an affiliate network such as Commission Junction, through which you may be compensated for significant or influence someone to decide to purchase or do something. Simply put, you refer to different sites, affiliate companies, the audience, and then earn a Commission on each sale that closed because of your referral. Different types of payment affinity marketing network includes PPC, CPM, PPS and CPA. Affiliate Marketing can be very profitable for people who command much influence over major target groups such as bloggers, webmasters and owners of large networks such as YouTube activists. Everything you need to get started is to set up your own website and buy your own domain name then you are good to go.

Write for cash-there are many great online writing communities such as examiner.com through which you can earn money per week by writing about a subject of your expertise. If you have passion for writing and are willing to in the time and effort, you can easily earn up to $ 600 each month through writing.

Sell e-products-you can also make money online by selling electronic goods-e-goods-as digital products that are easily transferred or downloaded via the internet. By and large this type of online business is that you never have to worry about running out of stock because the fact that they are in digital format means you have constant unlimited access to e-goods at all times. E-goods are also easier to manage and save on the shipping costs that you would otherwise have had to pay on concrete products. When you do so, your client would need to download the product from your site or if you could send it to them directly via e-mail. One of the most common types of email products available on the internet today is the book that can be easily created using Adobe software, and then transferred on the internet.

Sell your services-if you have a service to sell, don?t forget to sign the freelance sites like Elance.com and earn some extra money for your expertise. These WebSphere places is convenient primarily because they facilitate the entire working process, from the actual rent, cooperation and payment, making your work easier, since you don?t need to worry about this.

Cruising around town in a gas-saving Chevrolet Sonic? Or perhaps you've got your name written all over the 2013 Spark's waiting list? Well, GM has some good news to share. Starting in the fall, those of you with a MyLink system on either of these rides will be able to add GogoLink navigation for around $50. The service's features include live traffic, emergency info, 3D maps, Google local search and native maps storage on smartphones to use for turn-by-turn directions when you can't get a signal. GM's saying that since GogoLink won't be out until the Spark's electrifying release, you'll have to make a quick pit stop by the dealer to get the app installed on your 7-inch infotainment slab. What's a few extra bucks to save you from getting lost, right?

General Vision Care Guidelines | ArticleBro.com

Your eyesight are among the most vital features of your entire body. They?re essential for almost anything you do. You?ll need your eyesight for everything from looking at the time to driving a vehicle. In spite of the importance of eyesight in our daily life, some people disregard to take care of them. Plenty of people do not bother with vision care exercises until something goes drastically wrong with their vision. You should not wait until you begin having eye problems. You need to start taking care of your eyesight today.

Taking good care of your eyesight is not a intricate method. Following a handful of easy tips should help to keep your eyesight vibrant and your vision sharp.

Go to an Optometrist On a Regular Basis
Optometrists, referred to as?eye doctors?, concentrate on vision care and eye health. They execute different duties linked to taking care of your eyesight, including eye testing, recommending contacts or glasses, and figuring out or addressing eye diseases.

Some people make the mistake of seeing an eye doctor only when they start having issues with their eyes. You should make a habit of visiting an eye doctor at least once each year. Accomplishing this lets your eye doctor to distinguish any issues your eyesight could possibly have, and take care of them before they get any more intense.

    Understand Normal Eye Complications
Knowing the symptoms of an eye problem can assist you to stop a problem from getting worse before you even stop by an eye doctor for eye testing. Blurry eyesight is a standard and straightforward indication you have to visit your eye doctor. This may mean you might want to start using contacts or glasses to help fix your vision. Swollen, red, or itchy eyes may be warning signs of an infection or allergy symptom. These should be cured with medication only your eye doctor can assign.

    Have a Break
Some people operate on computers today, and often have their eyesight glued onto a computer monitor for a few hours on end each day. While eye doctors and vision care specialists say this will not do any long-term difficulties for your eyesight, they also say it triggers troubles like stress and itching. To avoid tiring your eyesight out, don?t forget to look away from your monitor every now and then. The standard advice is to look away from your monitor (ideally at something 20 feet away) for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.

    Lighting is Critical
When you work with a personal computer all day, decent lights is vital. The glare from your computer monitor can tire out your eyesight, specifically if you work in a dim room. You need to modify or balance out the light your monitor releases to lessen the strain on your eye. Examining your monitor?s brightness and contrast settings to find out what settings is a lot more suitable for you can certainly help. Lighting up your workplace consistently using lamps with soft, white light also prevents eye strain.

Shield Your Vision from UV Rays
Studies show overexposure to the sun?s ultraviolet (UV) rays leads to different eye problems like macular degeneration and cataract formation. Using regular sunglasses to protect your eyesight will not help keep the UV rays away.UV protective coating has nothing to do with how dark your sunglasses? tint is; even clear prescription glasses can have UV protective coating. The next time you want to buy a new pair of glasses, ask your vision care expertaboutlenses with 100% UV protection or UV absorption.

Lauren Fitzgerald realizes how criticalvision care is, and go to an eye doctor for regulareye testing.

Romantic Erotic Fantasy Journey Through The Chakras ? The Heart ...

This is a teaser snippet out of one chapter from my forthcoming book which I am still writing. Ever so often I will publish some little teasers from various chapters.

The book is intended to inspire passion and that the reader?s own fire be lit, allowing own imagination to run wild, and bringing some of it into each reader?s own relationships.

The book is also intended to educate and enlighten how each person and couple can learn to consciously allow the various energy centres in the body to open up and then making love through the awareness of each one of them.

Most of the time couples just have sex using unconsciously one of the seven energy centres. It?s ok if both partners flow out of the same energy centre, however more often than not, couples have sex flowing through mismatched pools of energy needs.

In the first throws of passion of a new relationship this goes relatively unnoticed, later however, the mismatch and then unmet needs sexually will will emerge. Unfortunately this can then lead to hurt, misunderstanding, withdrawing, and at least one of them fantasising of another person to meet their need ? or indeed cheat on their partner. When we learn how to consciously open up and flow through the various energy centres and their different intensities and characteristics on purpose, and synchronise them on purpose, it will help keep the passion alive to go the distance in a relationship!

I am writing this book in the first person as a woman from the feminine perspective in a journal or diary format. It is entirely fictional and a fantasy fuelled by my over abundant imagination. If anyone feels certain people could be identified, this is completely coincidental.

The book is not just written for women, it will also open up insight for men into the feminine psyche and needs, and how they can expand their own masculinity in a more conscious way to satisfy that special someone in their life.

The actual book itself has far more explicit scenes than I can show here in this publicly open website. Nonetheless it is meant for over 18 year old readers only!

Ok, here is a small taster out of Chapter 4

The warm sun of a glorious Saturday morning finally tempted me to open my eyes. I lay there dreamily as I watched the leaves of some trees gently swaying in the caress of the morning sun rays outside the window. I felt warm, content, my whole body basking in the moment.

Faintly I heard him move around some papers that he said he needed to see to. He often gets up at a time when I am still sound asleep. I knew he had been out and come back. He had come over just to give me a tender little kiss, ?Baby, I?ll be with you soon, I just need to fininsh this,? he had breathed over me. I appreciated his sweet little kiss and letting me know. I felt thought of and cared about and with thoughts of gratitude I had drifted off into another little snooze.

Now, the sun was beckoning me to greet the day. I stretched my body as I pealed away the sheets from my naked skin. I yearned for him, I yearned for his hands to fondle me, for his lips to gently kiss my body awake, but I knew that he needed to finish this project and I respected that.

I slowly sat up gazing at the back of my man immersed in his work. As my eyes wandered over his athletic frame, I smiled to myself, oh how I could just pull down his pants, reavealing his muscular buttocks, and just lick and nibble lustily. But not now, later.

That thought awakened some rather delicious feelings inside, especially thinking about the ?later?. I played with that thought as I went over to scoop some coffee into the machine and switched it on and then moved to the shower. All my senses were awake now in a delicious way.

The warm water streaming down my body, I stepped away a little, enough for the water to just gently massage my butt cheeks. Involuntarily I arched back and let my soapy hands glide over my voluptious curves up over my breasts and my nipples becoming harder. I could not help but moan in delight as I moved myself fully under the stream of water, drenching my face and hair. It occurred to me how much I enjoyed to caress my own body, a body that I had many times blamed for being not right, too this, and too that. Nothing matteres right now, it just felt good.

The faintest whiff of coffee seeping through the air brought me back into reality. I finished the shower and lavished some cream over over my thirsty skin, and then loosely wrapped my silky gown around me. It was time to see what my gorgeous lover was doing.

As I walked over to him, engrossed in his activity, I could not help but admire the focused intensity he brings to his purpose. His entire being was an expression of masculine streamlining to his work at hand. What a turn on, I thought.

Approaching him from behind and looking over his shoulder, I noticed that he had completed his task and was just quickly checking though some email. Still, he was so immersed that he had not noticed me standing behind him. Hhmmmm, I thought, time to tempt him out of his head back into his yummy luscious body!

Gently kissing the back of his neck I tenderly let my fingers run up though his hair at the back of his head and then reaching over to stroke his hair massaging his head. ?Aaahhh? he moaned, letting his head fall back into me, giving me full acess to his forhead to kiss lavishly.

My arms reached around him, I needed to hold him and press him into me, but he turned around his eyes softly and deeply entering mine. I felt like floating into a delicious sea as his eyes gazed into me with such warmth and love. All I could do was melt.

He reached out to my face and pulled my lips to his. Involuntarily I closed my eyes feeling his breath. I felt my entire body relaxing, my lips parted. I wanted to be taken by him, kissed by him. I just wanted to receive his presence as he softly explored his tongue inside and around my lips. A delicious pulse surged down through my heart right into my clitoris making me curve and arch, pressing my body into him. My God, how I love and adore this man!

I let myself deeply melt into his chest, hardly being able to stand up. His masculine strength made me feel safe cradled into his chest, it felt like I had come home feeling the heartbeat of my lover and soulmate. I let go completely; deep love and trust for him engulfed my whole being. I wanted for my heart to open fully, wider and wider. It felt like my entrie body become one huge big open heart aching with desire to receive him in. His presence was powerful, penetrating me with his soul, with his heart.

I felt his lips gently kissing my eyelids as if to say, open your eyes, stay conscious, I want to enter you fully, I want to own you, worship you, you are mine!

It occurred to me how easy it was for me to trust his leading. I opened my eyes and met his smile as he continued to steadfastly gaze into mine inviting me to take my breath into my heart. I felt his hands decidedly push open my my silk gown letting it slip off me to the floor. My nakedness felt delicious as he pulled me into his body. My attention drifted off as I pressed myself into his gorgeously hard shaft, but I knew he was the master of this delectable dance, and I wanted him to lead.

Again I felt his invitation to deeply breathe into my heart. This time he placed his hand over my heart so I would focus. ?Open up deeper, Sweetness, let me into your heart fully. Allow yourself to be love. Let down your guard completely in trust. I want to immerse myself into your heart and drink your love. Open more, I desire to claim your heart in love.?

Georgia Statute of Limitations for Personal Injury Claims | Hertz-Law ...

aesthetic dentistry in ChicagoThe legal definition of ?statute of limitations? is the period within which an individual or group must initiate legal action for an injury, if he or she does not wish to forfeit the right to legal action. This is an important deadline, as those failing to take action will often find that they have lost any future right to obtain compensation for their injuries. In general, the Georgia statute of limitations for personal injuries is two years from the point of the injury.

As a result, it is vital to obtain the services of an attorney as quickly as possible after the event leading to the claim, in order to leave as much time as possible for negotiation between the attorney and the other party. Waiting until the last minute can result in lost opportunities as the looming deadline forces both sides to move quickly, instead of being able to negotiate at a more studied pace.

Exceptions to the General Rules about the Statute of Limitations Period

There are exceptions to the normal two-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims. The first and most likely is when a personal injury claim is related to an individual who is a minor at the time. In this case, the statute of limitations does not start counting down until the individual is 18. Thus, should a child be injured at age 16, the two year statute of limitation period would not come into play until his or her 18th birthday. However, should the injury result in the child?s death, the statute of limitations period would commence from the date of his or her death, not the child?s 18th birthday.

Secondly, for some forms of personal injury, the statute of limitations starts upon the discovery of the personal injury. In many cases, such as an auto wreck, the cause of the injury is obvious. However, in other cases the individual may not immediately realize that he or she is the victim of negligence.

For example, the statute of limitations period for a medical malpractice personal injury claim resulting from foreign material being left in the body after a surgery, starts upon the discovery of the object, not when it was left in the body. In other cases, such as asbestos related illnesses, the statute of limitations also dates from when the diagnosis occurred. This is referred to in some cases, as the ?date of discovery.?

The Statute of Limitations and Legal Representation

Due to the importance of the statute of limitations, it is vital that a qualified personal injury attorney be secured as soon as possible after the injury or discovery of the injury. Obtaining the needed information, negotiating with the other parties, and attempting to reach a settlement before filing a personal injury suit all take time, and starting late may encourage the other party to delay. By contacting the law offices of Eric J. Hertz, interested parties can find the legal assistance they need.

Beijing loyalist to lead Hong Kong after fraught election

HONG KONG (Reuters) - An election committee of about 1,200 Hong Kong notables picked Beijing-loyalist Leung Chun-ying as the city's next leader on Sunday, after a fraught campaign which will intensify pressure on China to keeps its promise to allow Hong Kong a direct leadership election in 2017.

Hong Kong, a former British colony that returned to Chinese rule in 1997, is a freewheeling capitalist hub which enjoys a high degree of autonomy and freedom, but Beijing's Communist Party leaders have resisted public pressure for full democracy.

The city's seven million people have no say in who becomes their chief executive, a selection process which was marked by uncommonly high levels of public discontent at perceived interference by China.

Several dozen protesters inside the voting venue erupted in jeers and stood on chairs as the result was announced.

"We want direct elections immediately," they chanted.

Outside, up to 2,000 protesters, some of whom had camped out overnight, yelled slogans and waved banners to show their anger at being denied a voice. "Leung Chun-ying resign, Leung Chun-ying resign," they yelled.

Many spun colorful little flying discs into the air to symbolize a need to fling off such "small circle" polls.

Speaking after his win, the leader-elect who takes over from bow tie-wearing Donald Tsang, said he would work to ensure this is the last time an elite committee votes for a Hong Kong leader, pledging his commitment to direct elections in five years.

"I shall work with the whole of Hong Kong in the next five years to make sure that the 2017 universal suffrage chief executive election will work well."

Leung said he faced a daunting task, but added that he wanted to ease tensions while reaffirming the rule of law, human rights and freedoms.

"During the heat of the campaign, inevitably, passions were roused and strong remarks made," said Leung, showing little visible emotion after his win.

"Now that the contest is over, it is time to reunite, we must work in unison to be inclusive ... and once again instill positive energy into our community," Leung told reporters even as protesters tried to shout him down from outside the room.

    "HEAVY INFLUENCE" RESENTED

Compared with previous chief executive elections in which a Beijing-backed frontrunner coasted into office, this one was marked by scandal and mud-slinging between the two main candidates.

It also brought into the spotlight the influence China's Communist Party leaders have over Hong Kong politics.

Henry Tang, the scion of a wealthy industrialist and a former head of the civil service, was widely seen early on as the Beijing-backed candidate, but his image was damaged by revelations of a love affair and a scandal over illegal construction at a family-owned villa.

That appeared to be enough to convince China to switch its allegiance to Leung, and lobby election committee members for votes. "Somehow Tang has managed to blow a fixed election," said a Western diplomat in Hong Kong, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Leung, 57, has been dogged by accusations of being a Communist Party member, which he denies.

He is a Hong Kong-born surveyor with deep Chinese connections and a reputation as a tough political operator with a more innovative policy vision, including building cheaper public housing.

Many dismayed residents demanded a fresh election with new candidates. Underlining their frustration, most of more than 200,000 people surveyed said they would abstain if given the chance to vote, according to a University of Hong Kong poll.

"This is the most blatant interference by Beijing into the domestic affairs of Hong Kong ... causing damage to the one country, two systems policy," said Democratic Party chairman Albert Ho, who also stood for election but won only 76 votes.

Hong Kong was promised a high degree of autonomy when it returned to Chinese rule in 1997 under a "one country, two systems" formula with a promise of full democracy as an "ultimate aim".

Though that has not been achieved, it remains a beacon of democratic reform and civil liberties in China, which wants to see the self-ruled island of Taiwan reunited with the mainland, perhaps under a similar formula.

The election committee, filled with business professionals, tycoons and Beijing loyalists, selected Leung with 689 of 1,132 votes cast as successor to the bow tie-wearing Donald Tsang, who cannot stand again.

Tang, Leung's main rival, got 285 votes.

"For this election, everyone feels the influence of Beijing is very heavy," said political analyst Johnny Lau, speaking inside the harbor-front convention centre where the vote was held. "(Leung) has created an aura of being a Chinese emperor that will make it more difficult to lead politically."

"This election has caused great divisions. His ability to gather public support will be quite weak because these frustrations have accumulated over many years," Lau added.
